Water based single component

Classification of water-based single component coatings: water-based single liquid black, white, graphite gray, pearl color, silver powder paint, matte paint, and high gloss paint, etc

1、water-borne single-component paint classification: water-borne single-liquid black, white, graphite gray, pearlescent color, silver powder paint, matte paint and high gloss paint.

2、water-based single-component product characteristics: the use of acrylic, polyurethane and other water-based resin and water-based color paste, additives, etc., non-toxic, no irritating odor, no volatile organic matter (VOC), is a new type of green environmental protection products.

3、 water-based single-component coating construction method:

1) Before spraying, the material should be selected in a suitable way to remove oil and dust (such as: grinding to remove stains, etc.).

2) Please stir and filter thoroughly before use, remember not to mix with oil-based paint.

3) The spray viscosity is adjusted with deionized water, and it is recommended that the spray seconds be 20-50 seconds (Ford4# cup, 25℃)(generally the proportion of water added is 0-10%). Let it stand for 5-10 minutes for defoaming, and then spray it directly. If there is a flow, reduce the proportion of water added: if the paint film is wrinkled, it means that the paint is too thick, and the proportion of water added should be increased. (Specific adjustments based on actual conditions)

4) After spraying this product, it is recommended to bake at 55-60℃ for 60-120 minutes, cooling for 12 hours to do a variety of tests.

5) Construction environment: temperature 25-35℃, humidity 50-65%.

4、water-based single-component coating features: flexible film, high transparency, fast drying, good ductility, high toughness; Good adhesion, durable weather resistance, delicate, soft and beautiful paint film, film fullness, alcohol resistance, wear resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance, high hardness and scratch resistance.
