4、water-based PU paint construction method

1) Choose the right way to remove oil and dust before spraying the workpiece.

2) The product is A, B components, the product injection oil opening ratio is: A component :B component (curing agent) : pure water =100:20:0-10

(Among them, B component (curing agent) and then add A component (light oil) into the mix evenly, before use. It is recommended to use within 6 hours, otherwise cure. The viscosity of this product is adjusted with pure water. After standing for defoaming, it can be sprayed directly. The specific adjustment is based on the actual situation.

3) After coating, Jianhan will bake at 55~60℃ for 6~8 hours, and various tests can be done after cooling.

4) The defective products after spraying can be treated by grinding, backspraying or re-spraying after paint removal water.
