4、water-based UV paint construction method

1) The material before spraying should choose the appropriate way to remove oil and dust.

2) Please stir and filter thoroughly before use, and make sure that the painting appliance is cleaned. Do not mix with oil-based paint.

3) The spray viscosity should be adjusted according to the different temperature of the painting environment, and the temperature is high and the viscosity is low.

4) After spraying, first baking temperature 55~60℃x5-8 minutes, and then UV furnace, curing energy :800-1200mi/cm2

5) Construction environment: temperature 25-35℃, humidity 50-65%.
