2. construction method:

Dilution: Please use our corresponding diluent to adjust the printing viscosity

Drying time: 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature

Generally, printing can be done by adding 1525% dilution solvent to the ink to adjust the viscosity suitable for printing.

Cleaning: Please use the above solvent or SS cleaning agent to clean the board


3. Parameter characteristics

Friction resistance: When strong friction resistance is required (such as the printing of polyscratch vinyl bottles), additive 100 can be added to the ink and used in less than 5%.

Transparency: When transparent printing is required, please refer to the attached table to select the ink with good transparency. Adding ink mixing oil can increase the transparency of ink.

Fine line printing: When fine printing or dot printing is needed, a slow drying agent of 5% to 15% can be added to the ink to keep the smooth pattern lines and dot without deformation.
