Applicable material

UVA series UV ink All kinds of ABS, acrylic, PC, PVC, AS surface sprayed with UV oil plastic, hardware or electroplating materials; Most hard plastics: ABS, PVC, PC and other materials, PMMA and other hard rubber products or sheets.

Ink characteristic

Good adhesion, high gloss, good scratch resistance and chemical resistance, excellent wear resistance, suitable for screen printing, pad printing.

Construction method

This series of ink should be used in combination with curing agent. Please use up the curing agent ink within 4 hours.

Before use, the ink should be fully stirred with the curing agent in the established ratio for 10 minutes.

10-30% diluent can be added for dilution as required.

Contaminated materials should be cleaned or wiped on the surface with stain removal oil to facilitate excellent printing effect.

Emergency measure

A, if the splash into the eyes immediately wash with water, serious medical treatment.

B. Emergency measures: Use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.

C. The operator must wear a mask and gloves when operating.
