4. Construction method:
1. Spray the surface of the substrate, first dilute the product with pure water or deionized water, and the dilution ratio is the weight of the product: clean water =10:3-4; join
After dilution, stir evenly, stand for defoaming, you can spray directly. If there is a flow, reduce the proportion of water added; If the paint film wrinkles, it means that the paint is too thick, and the proportion of water should be appropriately increased. Specific to the actual situation adjustment.
2, after spraying the workpiece in a dust-free place for 5 minutes, you can enter the oven to bake, the temperature is 150℃-180℃, the time is 15-30 minutes,
The specific time depends on the construction situation, but the paint film must be completely cured.
5. Packaging and storage:
Plastic drum, 4KG/ drum or 20KG/ drum;
It is recommended that after 3 months of use, store in a cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, transport and storage temperature at 5℃-35℃.
